Okay, so I told myself I would limit my Q&A videos to only one per week, but I simply could not wait to show you this one. It turned out way better than I thought it would, especially for my first attempt at recording my painting in process. Because I don't have my tripod here in Europe, I did some SERIOUS rigging of my camera including a chair, a piece of African sculpture art, and lots of twine. Wish you could have seen it!

Thank you for making this video, it was so fun to watch! I remember saying that your watercolor paintings looked like they had similar strokes to acrylic work, and now I can say it's true! :o)

ReplyDeleteHow cool! I would have loved to see the camera set-up too. Haha. Been there SO many times. In answer to your question, my boyfriend's mom gave him the Husgvarna. She used to sew clothes for her children on it I guess. It's a beast of a machine, weighing easily 25 pounds of solid steel. It bunches through denim like butter though so I put up with its quirks.
